Shipping

Orders are processed once payment is received. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Stock covers, patches, and replacement parts: ship within 48 hours of payment.
Custom covers: once payment is processed and your design is approved, custom orders take 2–4 weeks to ship.

Shipping carriers vary depending on the order. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can make it right.

Returns

Patches & Replacement Parts Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Full refunds and exchanges are available only for unopened items in their original packaging.

Stock Covers Stock covers may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is free of defects.

Custom Covers Custom covers are made to order and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
